Hello Spring- Strawberry tartelettes



ingredients:
strawberries
double cream
sugar
agar agar
3 cardamon pods
short crust pastry

1. roll out the pastry, cut in circles and blind bake
2. heat the cream with the cardamon, the sugar and the agar agar, and leave it to cool
3. put the cream on the pastry and the strawberries! enjoy
